Search for the number sequence pertaining to the spots on the module and submit the corresponding name.

The first number is the size of the center spot around which the remaining spots on the module are arranged around, in either 90° or 120° intervals. The rest of the numbers are the sizes of the spots arranged around the center, starting from the furthest counter-clockwise of the largest sized spots and going clockwise. As such, names with five numbers listed contain 90° intervals, while names with four numbers listed contain 120° intervals. Absent spots (either representing an invisible center or a gap in the radial arrangement) are represented as zeroes.
