On the Subject of Binary Memories
I can’t remember the stages to forget them.
The module has a screen, four buttons and five LEDs. Each button is numbered from 1 to 4 in reading order. The module can be in one of five modes. Use the number of lit LEDs to determine the current mode.
1 lit LED: Reading mode
This is the initial mode of the module. The screen will show the number “1”. Each time another non-ignored module is solved, the number will increase by 1. This number is the stage number. The displayed number can be one of two colors: red or green. This color is the value of the current stage. Memorize the values of each stage.
If the values of four stages in a row match, press any button to enter the “Submit mode”. This must be done before another non-ignored module is solved. Otherwise, you will get a strike and the module will enter the “Ready mode”.
If all the non-ignored modules are solved or stage number equals 45, then the module will enter the “Ready mode”.
2 lit LEDs: Ready mode
The value of the last stage is displayed on the screen. Press any button to enter “Submit mode”.
