On the Look Up of Digital Cipher

I fear the day that artificial intelligence will soon take over the digital age.

This module consists of 2 big screens. The upper one is the input screen and the bottom one the output screen. The upper screen displays 15 letters.

Take the first and last letters on the upper screen to get a letter to press. If A is used as both the row and column, then input A instead. Repeat with the 2nd and 14th letters, then the 3rd and 13th letters, until you have 8 letters.

The answer for this is a palindrome of 15 letters, where the answer is the same if read left to right and right to left. To obtain the palindromic answer, take the first 7 letters obtained, reverse it, and then append the result to the end of the 8 letters obtained.
