Instructions

Obtain the row corresponding to the digit that is neither the highest, nor the lowest. If there is a tie between the lowest or the highest, then use the digit that there is more of. Get the column corresponding to the symbol when hovered. Examine the black cell coordinates of the highest and lowest digits.

Start hovering the status light when the seconds timer displays the left value and stop when it displays the right value, from the cell obtained from the intersection of the remaining values and in the given half.

If the intersection of the row and column obtained corresponds to a black cell in exactly one of those two digits, use the bottom half of the table provided. Otherwise, use the top half.
