On the Subject of Loop

You make a loop-de-loop and pull, and your bombs are looking cool!

Sixteen arrows will each be pointing in one of eight directions.

Press two arrows to swap the directions they point.

Swap the directions of the arrows such that all sixteen arrows create a loop in which each arrow points one space in their direction to the next in the sequence.
