On the Subject of Not Ship Review
Rand and Megum held me hostage 🥺.
Love is in the air again! But, this time our favorite Toons decided to show their true selves.
Do the following:
- Identify if the five toons on the bottom of the module are in regular, twisted, or doodle form, and turn the number into a 5 digit balanced ternary digit (- for twisted, 0 for regular, + for doodle).
- Convert the balanced ternary into a decimal number, and divide that number by 121. From this number, divide by two and add 0.5. This is the top creator’s weight. The bottom’s weight would be 1 - the top’s weight.
- In the Data Table find 10 intersections for all possible character pairs on the bottom for the top creator. Find the arithmetic mean of these data values. Repeat for the bottom creator.
- Substitute blank cells with zeros.
- If there are intersections resulting with “!”, you rolled an invalid ship. Use -9 in this case.
- Multiply the resulting means by their corresponding weights and add them together.
- Input the sum into the module as follows:
- Input the sign of the average by pressing a green button for “+”, and a red button for “-”.
- Input the value of the average by pressing the numbered buttons and the thin rectangular button, which corresponds to “.”. Your input should be in the form of ±#.###.
- Finally, after inputting six characters, press a green button to submit your input into the module, or press a red button to clear it instead.
