On the Subject of NumberWang
“Let’s rotate the board!”
- This module consists of a board with numbers on it. In order to disarm the module, you must click on all the numbers on the number board that are NumberWang.
- These numbers are always NumberWang:
3 4 30 37 42 56 69 125 189 201
- These numbers are NumberWang if there is a vowel in the serial number:
2 7 8 18 22 23 31 34 35 40 43 52 61 90 289 404
- These numbers are NumberWang if there are more lit than unlit indicators:
9 12 21 28 33 34 36 39 41 43 49 52 54 57 58 68 73 75 81 90 98 101 491 666
- These numbers are NumberWang if there are more than 3 battery holders:
5 6 7 11 12 22 23 30 31 36 40 41 45 50 70 89 121 360 420 1337
- These numbers are NumberWang if there is a parallel and serial port:
1 6 10 11 13 16 18 19 23 24 25 29 31 34 35 47 48 53 57 58 60 67 78 87 89 97 144 560 2016
- Additionally, a number is NumberWang if any of these values are greater than 1 and divisors of the number: A: the number of batteries; B: the number of unlit indicators minus lit indicators; and C: the number of ports.
- If a number is hard to see, try tilting the module.
- To indicate when one NumberWang number is left, the board will rotate (unless there is only one NumberWang number total in which case the board will rotate after the press and then the module will disarm).
