On the Subject of Occult Manuscripts

This could either be instructions for summoning a demon or a cake recipe.

The module has sixteen glyphs from the table below arranged in a square.

The three Key Glyphs are found in the Nth 4×4 subgrid of the table in reading order, where N is the last digit of the serial number and the top-left subgrid is the first. If N is 0, use the number of batteries modulo 9 and designate the top-left subgrid as 0 instead.

No two Key Glyphs are in the same row and column in the table. Press the glyph on the module in the unused row and column.
