On the Subject of Puzzle Battle

It's quite simple really. Professor, I challenge you to a battle of wits!

To prove your identity, Big Luke wants you to solve a puzzle.

Presented are four face-down playing cards, each with different backs. Each card may either be a Spade, a Heart, a Club or a Diamond, and it is your goal to find the Spade card. There will always be exactly one card of each suit.

Each card back represents a rule that the cards follow (listed below).
