On the Subject of Simon Shorts

The thrilling sequel to the hit module Simon Pants!

• This module has four colored buttons arranged in a diamond shape and a wire connecting every pair of them. These wires are live, and a spark will occasionally travel down one between two buttons. The button receiving the spark will then flash in the color of the button sending the spark. The buttons' lights are broken, however, and will never actually illuminate.
• To solve the module, press the correct buttons in four stages. Every stage, you must press any correct buttons from the previous stages, in order, followed by one new button.
• To obtain the new button to press, look at the flashes of the buttons. These flashes form a sequence of initially one flash. Look at the last flash. Use the relative position of the flashing button and the button with the color of the flash to select a small grid in the large grid below. Use that small grid to select the position of the button to press on the module.
