“Oh dear, I’ve made quite a mess.”

Ah, mon ami, please, lend me your ears! The name is Spy, and I have a rather... delicate task for you. Take a seat, make yourself comfortable, and keep a vigilant eye on this module for me, will you?

Displayed before you is a module that will manifest various kill notifications. Observe closely: when a non-ignored module is neutralized, the contraption will graciously present you with two to four of these exquisite kill messages.

It is imperative, my dear confidant, that you document these with the utmost precision; they are crucial, for they will form the basis of a series of inquiries you will need to address posthaste at the game’s conclusion.

Once every non-ignored module has been expertly dispatched, this module will transition to a query screen, where your intellect will be put to the test. A question will crown the top of the display, and you, my astute companion, must select the correct response to disarm this module.

Be forewarned: should you err in your choice, the question will re-emerge, stubbornly. Tant pis!

But of course; There are special rules you must bear in mind, rules of such pivotal importance that it could very well be the difference between triumph and defeat:

  • Imagine, if you will, a scenario where a player, through skill or sheer luck, manages to eliminate a specific adversary not once, not twice, but four times, all without succumbing themselves. This, my friend, is what we call ‘domination’. The player, in essence, becomes a shadow looming over their unfortunate victim, their nemesis.
  • But here is where the game becomes truly exquisite: when a player manages to turn the tables and vanquish their own nemesis, the reward is twofold. Not only does the kill count double (A sweet, sweet victory indeed) but it also effectively erases the humiliation of being dominated. Quite the reversal of fortunes, wouldn’t you agree?
  • Be wary for during the round the game type may be different than initially believed. While we have reason to understand that the type may be of the Arena, during the round the objective might be deffended or attacked, which would mean it’s either Capture the Intelligence or Capture Point!

Allow me to enlighten you on the myriad ways a player can dispatch another. Note, however, a critical hit, or ‘crit’, reveals itself only in the wake of another weapon. It’s a bit like the grand finale of a particularly well-executed plan.
