If a voltage meter is present:

• If voltage > #red: subtract 2 from the exponent.
• If #green ≥ 8: Submit when the timer’s last digit = (#red - #blue).

Fan the flames a second time when the last digit of the seconds timer equals the digital root of (#red-#blue)^10-#green.
